Our handcrafted ales are brewed with organic hops and organic grains. We use California grown organic products whenever they are available. Our ales are unfiltered, lightly carbonated and brewed exclusively at our brewery.

We pride ourselves on our ability to brew up wildly inventive seasonals that will bend your tastebuds and challenge your senses. Being a small brewery with a 7 barrel system, we are able to keep the seasonals flowing and changing, often on a weekly basis. If you are open-minded, you won't be disappointed.
